Unsolicited spam will not be tolerated. Webmasters found to be abusing this reseller program by
generating unsolicited email spam will have their account immediately terminated and authorities
will be notified.
Affiliate resellers are prohibited from promoting or advertising content relating to Kastle Archives
on websites or forums dealing with child pornography, beastiality, hate sites or any other
websites of this nature that is considered illegal in either Canada or the United States.
Resellers may not use false or misleading information to generate sales.
Promotional material is owned and copyrighted by Kastle Archives Productions Inc. - and may
not be used for any purposes other than to advertise and promote Kastle Archives
reseller program. Kastle Archives Productions Inc. vigorously pursues and prosecutes all copy-
right infringement occurences.
Affiliates utilizing fraudulent or illegal means to generate sales or traffic will result in immediate
termination of account and forfeiture of commissions.
Credit card fraud is closely monitored by Verotel with a zero-tolerance policy. Individuals found
to be engaged in any sort of credit card fraud or related activities will be reported to credit card
companies and legal authorities.
Kastle Archives Productions Inc. reserves the right to terminate any account deemed not-profitable.
Kastle Archives Productions Inc. reserves the right to terminate this affiliate program and/or
agreement at any time for any reason. Affiliates will be notified and all revenues owed up to that
time will be honoured and paid out according to the payment schedule, except in situations where
the reseller has cheated or violated the terms of this agreement.
